These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our video editing platform and services operated by PepoCloud Ltd.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of pepocloud.com for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• modify or copy the materials
• use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on the website
• remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by us at any time.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree not to disclose your password to any third party and to take sole responsibility for any activities or actions under your account, whether or not you have authorized such activities.

4. Content and Conduct

Our Service allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material (“Content”). You are responsible for the Content that you post to the Service.

By posting Content to the Service, you grant us the right and license to use, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute such Content on and through the Service.

You may not use our Service to upload, post, or transmit any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

5. Subscription and Billing

Some aspects of our Service are provided on a paid subscription basis (“Subscription(s)”). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (“Billing Cycle”).

At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or we cancel it.

You may cancel your Subscription renewal at any time through your account settings or by contacting our customer support team.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of PepoCloud Ltd and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or contact our support team.

8. Disclaimer

The information on this website is provided on an “as is” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, this Company excludes all representations, warranties, conditions and terms.

The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without any warranty of any kind, either express or implied.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall PepoCloud Ltd, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Our total liability to you for any damages shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
